These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website (the “Site”). By using the Site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
About this Site
The Site promotes the Future Ready Executive MBA and related programmes. It is operated by Right Dots Resources (Registration No. 202603145615 (003856919-U)), the authorised marketing agency for programme enquiries, pricing and enrolment coordination. The programmes are provided and delivered by Asian Business Consulting (“ABC”). Enquiries you submit are handled by Right Dots Resources in coordination with ABC’s programme team. Right Dots Resources and ABC are separate, independent companies; nothing on this Site should be taken to mean otherwise.
Programme information
This Site publishes the programme details supplied by ABC. The applicable written proposal and signed enrolment terms state the price, delivery format, completion requirements and certificate for each participant. If ABC changes a published intake date, registered participants receive the replacement date in writing. The Executive MBA on Future Ready Business Leadership is awarded and endorsed by CMI; it is a professional programme and not a regulated qualification, an MQA-accredited academic degree or any other academic degree.
No guarantees
Nothing on this Site guarantees admission, HRD Corp grant approval, employment, income, promotion or a business result. The standard fee is RM10,000.00. Eligible Malaysian applicants may be considered, on a selective basis, for the LIFE Innoversity scholarship, subject to limited availability, a selective assessment and written approval. Any award and resulting participant fee are confirmed individually in writing. The employer—not the participant—applies for the grant. HRD Corp—not the programme provider—decides approval and the approved amount.
Programme assistant
The optional programme assistant uses automated AI to answer questions from a bounded set of programme facts. AI answers are informational and do not constitute admission, pricing, scholarship, HRD Corp or enrolment confirmation. Do not submit personal, identity, confidential or payment information through the assistant. The applicable written proposal and signed enrolment terms always prevail.
Session 1 refund arrangement
ABC's signed enrolment terms define refund eligibility, the notice deadline, the refundable amount, the condition for returning issued materials and the processing date. Participants receive and review those terms before payment. No refund promise applies outside the signed terms. The signed terms also state the cancellation steps for employer-funded enrolments and HRD Corp grants. Where this Site differs from the signed enrolment terms, the signed terms control.
Credential and Chartered Manager
The specimen programme certificate states that the programme has been recognised by CMI against the CMI Professional Standards and that it is not a regulated qualification. Chartered Manager is a separate CMI designation. Programme completion does not automatically confer Chartered Manager status; eligibility, experience, membership, assessment, application and fees are determined by CMI.
Enquiries & enrolment
Submitting the enquiry form registers your interest and allows the programme team to contact you. It does not create a binding agreement. A binding enrolment begins only when the participant accepts ABC’s written enrolment terms and completes the payment step stated in those terms.
Marketing communications
By subscribing, requesting the programme guide or submitting an enquiry, you consent to receive programme updates and marketing communications about the Future Ready Executive MBA from the programme team, by email and — where you provide a number — by WhatsApp or phone. You may withdraw this consent at any time via the unsubscribe option in any marketing email or by contacting support@futurereadymba.com; withdrawal does not affect responses to enquiries you have already made. Personal data is processed under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 [Act 709], as amended.
Intellectual property
Content on this Site is owned by the Site operator and/or ABC and may not be copied or reused without permission. The CMI and HRD Corp names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used to indicate recognition and claimability. Third-party company names and logos are the property of their respective owners.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
Limitation of liability
The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site operator and ABC are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
