The Curriculum · 12 Modules

12 modules. One plan your team can act on.

Across 6 months, you take one live business issue through 12 applied modules built on the F.A.S.T. method — defining the problem, testing it with a coach, and writing it into an action plan with decisions, actions, owners and measures for faculty review.

Three stages of value

Creating, delivering and capturing value — in that order.

Each stage uses a different mode of learning: facilitated workshops, one-to-one coaching and an applied business project.

Stage 1 · 01
Workshop-Based Learning

Creating Value

Live, facilitated framework workshops for analysing an organisation as a value-creation system.

Stage 2 · 02
Coaching-Based Learning

Delivering Value

One-to-one executive coaching that applies the frameworks to the participant's role and organisational context.

Stage 3 · 03
Project-Based Learning

Capturing Value

An applied business project on your own organisation, written up with decisions, actions, owners and measures.

Your applied project begins with a current business issue.
The applied business project

One issue from your own organisation becomes a written plan.

Across the six months, you select a business challenge within your own responsibility, apply the relevant frameworks and write a sequenced action plan for faculty review, naming the decisions, actions, owners and measures. Owners and measures are what make the plan something your team can act on, not only something you completed. The frameworks and working templates stay with you.

Your organisationThe project addresses a business challenge within the participant's responsibility.
Applied assessmentParticipants select the programme frameworks relevant to the defined problem.
Faculty reviewFaculty review the problem definition, reasoning and proposed action.
A sequenced planThe final plan states the decisions, actions, owners and measures.
Programme enquiry

Get the facts for the decision in front of you.

Tell the team the decision or business issue you are weighing, and choose a call, online meeting, in-person meeting or email. The programme team will answer questions about suitability, dates, fees, recognition and employer-led HRD Corp funding. An enquiry does not commit you to enrol or pay.

  • →Say what you are trying to change at work
  • →Choose how the team should contact you
  • →Confirm programme fit, available dates and the exact fee
  • →Decide your next step after receiving the information
