For directors and senior managers

More people, more budget, less certainty. Make the trade-offs visible.

Directors answer for results across functions without owning every lever. The Executive Master's in Business Administration on Future Ready Business Leadership gives directors and senior managers a method for making cross-functional decisions you can explain to your CEO, your board and your team, across 6 months.

You work one live issue from your own responsibility, such as a budget allocation, a transformation programme or a growth plan, into an action plan with owners and measures.

Complete a team project for submission and presentation during Session 3, then continue with a programme assignment using the Leverage Management System as part of the six-month programme. Program guidance is available throughout.

Upon successful completion, you will be awarded the Executive Master's in Business Administration on Future Ready Business Leadership. The programme is recognised by CMI against the CMI Professional Standards. It is non-academic, not an MQA-accredited academic degree or a regulated qualification.

The pressure points

What lands on your desk.

Accountable without full control

You answer for outcomes that depend on other functions, vendors and priorities you do not set alone.

Budget and headcount trade-offs

Every yes costs something else. The reasoning behind the choice needs to survive scrutiny from above and below.

Translating strategy into plans

Strategy arrives as direction. Your job is the plan, the sequence and the measures.

A seat at the next table

Moving toward executive or board responsibility rewards a clear, repeatable way of deciding.

Influence beyond your function

You must lead across silos and understand the total business system, not only your own function.

How it works for you

One live decision. A method you can repeat.

Your own issue as the project

A team project on something within your responsibility, reviewed by faculty and peers.

A method you can show

The FAST™ method makes assumptions, options and trade-offs explicit so others can follow and challenge them.

Designed around a full-time role

6 training days across 3 scheduled sessions, with program guidance between sessions.
