The Executive Master's in Business Administration on Future Ready Business Leadership gives CEOs and C-suite leaders a structured place to test one live decision with faculty and peers who carry decisions of similar weight, across 6 months.
You bring one live issue from your own responsibility, such as a strategic bet, a restructure, a market entry or a succession question, and work it into a written plan your leadership team can act on.
Complete a team project for submission and presentation during Session 3, then continue with a programme assignment using the Leverage Management System as part of the six-month programme. Program guidance is available throughout.
Upon successful completion, you will be awarded the Executive Master's in Business Administration on Future Ready Business Leadership. The programme is recognised by CMI against the CMI Professional Standards. It is non-academic, not an MQA-accredited academic degree or a regulated qualification.
