Participants learn to define the real problem, separate evidence from assumptions, compare practical options and plan implementation. The applied project records that reasoning in a form that can be reviewed and used.

A focused six-month programme.

6 months: 6 facilitated training days across 3 scheduled sessions, coaching and an applied business project leading to a written action plan reviewed by faculty. What the completion certificate is and is not is set out in the next section.

Awarded and endorsed by CMI · professional development

The Executive MBA on Future Ready Business Leadership is awarded and endorsed by CMI. Successful participants are awarded a CMI Certificate of Recognition. It is non-academic, not an MQA-accredited academic degree or a regulated qualification.

The certificate documents completion of management and leadership development recognised against CMI's Professional Standard and can be listed on a professional profile. It does not guarantee promotion, employment, salary progression or any other career outcome.

Chartered Manager is a separate professional assessment. CMI confirms the applicable route and controls eligibility, assessment, membership, fees and continued post-nominal use. CMgr MCMI is not automatic.

Scholarships are limited and awarded on a selective basis to eligible Malaysian applicants, following individual assessment and written approval. Any award and resulting participant fee are confirmed individually in writing. The scholarship is never automatic. An HRD Corp-registered Malaysian employer submits the grant application in e-TRiS before training. HRD Corp determines eligibility and the approved amount under its Allowable Cost Matrix; funding cannot exceed the employer's available levy balance. The employer—not the participant—applies for the grant. HRD Corp—not the programme provider—decides approval and the approved amount.
